West London cross-borough contract worth £15m a year

Four London boroughs are planning a collaborative approach to procuring their parking services. The joint procurement initiative would see Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon and Hounslow working together. The initiative has grown out of the West London Alliance (WLA), a partnership of six boroughs that aims to improve the delivery of public services via cooperation.
