The British Parking Association defends the use of signage on BBC consumer show

Patrick Troy, chief executive of the British Parking Association (BPA), appeared on the BBC consumer programme Watchdog on 19 April to answer questions raised by a case involving allegedly unclear signage at a shopping centre car park in Stockport.
