Correction: Mr Barrie Segal

The July edition of Parking Review carried a story “Campaigners are overstepping the mark, says PATAS appeals panel”. Contrary to what we stated in the article, we would like to confirm that Barrie Segal was not in fact criticised by the Parking & Traffic Appeals Service (PATAS) for conducting “litigation by ambush” nor for making allegations “without backing them up with evidence”.
