Home Office minister Featherstone checks out FlashPark

Home Office minister Lynne Featherstone the offices of north London-based private parking enforcement specialost FlashPark. She was looking at how the company enables property owners to self-issue parking charges as an alternative to clamping, which will banned in England and Wales from October under the Protection of Freedoms Act.
