Bogus clamping company boss jailed

A man who ran a bogus car clamping company in Manchester has been jailed for five-and-a-half years. Mohammed Asif Ashraf, from Blackley, north Manchester, blackmailed at least 50 motorists by illegally clamping their vehicles and then demanding up to £600 to release them.
