Off-street offers for West End workers

The row has focussed on the Westminster City Council’s plans to charge for what had been free street parking. Less well reported have been its moves to encourage workers and businesses to use the West?End’s off-street car parks.

The council’s car parks in the West End are run by Q-Park, which said it will reduce the cost of parking in its car parks to £2 an hour between 6.30pm-7am.
