Bedford considers ANPR at car parks

Bedford Borough Council is consulting on a proposal to introduce automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) at council car parks as part of the council’s forward plan for future revenue savings. If approved ANPR parking would replace the barrier systems in council-run car parks.
