Wood heads up NSL processing operations

Dale Wood has been appointed as NSL’s business processing director. He joined NSL from business processing provider Liberata, where he specialised in the outsourcing of public sector services.

NSL has two processing centres, in Birmingham and London, which provide councils with an alternative to in-house penalty charge notice processing, as well as licencing and permit operations.

Originally from Zimbabwe, Wood worked in the leisure sector before gaining a Masters of Business...
