JBW cleared by Leeds after ‘email slur’

Leeds City?Council has reinstated the contract it has with debt recovery agent JBW Group after finding allegations made in an anonymous email were unfounded.

On 30 April an anonymous email was sent to a number of local authorities and local press in Yorkshire regarding JBW’s employment of an enforcement manager with a criminal record.
