The British Parking Association (BPA) has gone from strength-to-strength in recent years. As president?I hope to build on the work done to create greater communication and skills development within the association’s membership. In parallel, I hope initiatives such as the Approved Operators Scheme, Safer Parking and the BPA Parking Summit, will enable us to engage with the media and reassure the public.
