The shortest route to more long stay

When BAA’s Long Stay Plus facility at Gatwick Airport came within 0.3% of reaching full capacity during the summer of 2007, the airport operator had to close some pre-booking channels, resulting in some customers having to use alternative sites. BAA decided to expand the capacity of Long Stay Plus in time for the following summer by installing a new decked parking area. The need for 520 extra parking places was identified, a budget of £6m was set and a building schedule of 35 days...
