Parking enforcers arrive in Derbyshire

Derbyshire County Council took over civil parking enforcement (CPE) from police traffic wardens on 19 February. APCOA Parking (UK) won the five-year contract to manage the operation, which will see some traffic wardens absorbed into APCOA’s employment under TUPE regulations.
