Richmond extends CO2-based charges

'Gas guzzlers' face 25% rise in parking charges

Drivers of high polluting vehicles in the London borough of Richmond-upon-Thames could face a 25% increase in parking charges after an extension of the emission based charging scheme to include visitors as well as residents in the borough.
