London Councils seek way to coordinate phone payments

A patchwork of mobile parking systems is growing up nationwide, with rival companies and various councils setting up their own registration procedures. London boroughs offering mobile phone parking include: Bromley, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow, Lewisham, Tower Hamlets, Wandsworth and the City of Westminster.
