Parking operators are sprucing up their on-street image in a bid to convey a more professional approach

Whether we like it or not, style counts as much as substance in this image conscious, hyper-visual age. Acknowledging this, parking operators and councils are investing a great deal of money and effort to achieve the right look for their front-line staff. These sartorial upgrades are featuring in re-branding exercises. Although parking enforcers must, above all else, aim to offer a fair, effective and consistent service, looking the part is also important when dealing with the public.
