'ORR calls on Network Rail to improve punctuality levels'

The Office of Rail Regulation has warned Network Rail to improve punctuality across several areas of the rail network. The warning came as ORR’s latest Network Rail Monitor publication highlighted that Network Rail is falling behind key end-of-year punctuality targets, including long distance passenger services where it is 3.4% adrift.
