Network Rail reforms aim to deliver projects in weeks not months

Network Rail has announced the next stage of its plans to reform project delivery to and reduce rail industry costs.

The company envisages that the time it takes to deliver ‘multi asset framework agreement’ (MAFA) projects - which combine signalling, track and civils - will be cut from months to weeks through new arrangements.
