Central London rail commuters rise

The number of passengers arriving in central London by rail during the morning peak (07.00-09.59) rose 2.2% last year to 532,000, according to the DfT. The busiest route into London is that through London Bridge, with 140,000 passengers on trains arriving there in the morning peak (many travel onto Cannon Street and Charing Cross).
