New road consistent with NPPF, says Doncaster

Councillors in Doncaster have granted planning permission to a major road scheme that will open up major development areas south of the town and improve access to the town centre.

The £57m Finningley and Rossington Regeneration Route Scheme (FARRRS) is one of the first roads to be considered under the Government’s National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
