Parkway stations mooted

High-Speed Rail

Speculation is growing about where parkway stations on the proposed high-speed line will be built to serve Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby.

Graham Nalty, secretary of the Conservative Transport Group, said HS2 Ltd was studying a station at Trowell beside the A52 to serve Nottingham and Derby, and a station near Meadowhall to serve Sheffield....
