New transport funding model backed

Two funding mechanisms to facilitate the delivery of transport projects in urban areas have been recommended by a new report for the Core Cities Group (CCG) of local authorities (Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham and Sheffield).
