Leeds city-region reviews arrangements for future transport governance

Local authorities in the Leeds city-region have appointed consultants to examine how transport should be planned and delivered across the conurbation.

Consultant Atkins will assess a range of options for governance including functions and powers, funding, geographical coverage and the timing of any reforms.
