If paying by invoice: All fees are payable in advance of the event. Delegates may be refused admission if payment is not received prior to the event.

If for any reason you are unable to attend, cancellations received in writing by 01/09/15 will receive a refund less an administrative charge of £100 + VAT. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after this date. Substitutions can be made at any time at no further cost.

Central government and local authorities have made a commitment to improving and implementing better cycle provision across the UK and Ireland. The last few years have seen huge leaps forward, examples of best practice from some of the leading authorities, and innovation in products and infrastructure design. As a result the Active Travel Network and Local Transport Today, have developed the first Cycle Planning Awards to acknowledge and reward those that have excelled in design and delivery.  

The Cycle Planning Awards will cover Great Britain and Ireland.
