The British Parking Association has identified areas of research relating to parking from the UK and Europe where it believes further study would improve professionalism and service delivery. The BPA commissioned Dr Adam Snow, a social science researcher at Keele University, to gather existing academic research relating to parking from the UK and Europe, identify areas where further research would be beneficial, and suggest both short and longer term research projects.
