BPA wants to see parking across Scotland decriminalised

Civil parking enforcement should be introduced across Scotland, the British Parking Association says in its latest Master Plan for Parking in Scotland. The 2015-16 Master Plan has been devised by the BPA and its Scottish arm, Parking Scotland.
