Three men have been found guilty of assaulting a civil enforcement officer (CEO) in the London borough of Camden after video footage of the incident was shown in court. 

Builders Shaun Ritchie, Kevin Lee Ritchie and Loon Cuong Chu were filmed on a passer-by’s mobile phone attacking the NSL CEO. They were found guilty of assault by Highbury Magistrates.
