Ealing permits now totally paperless

Ealing Council ended the use of paper parking permits last month. Since 6 April only electronic ‘virtual’ permits have been issued to residents and businesses in the west London borough. The virtual permits are activated as soon as payment is received via the RingGo phone parking system.
