Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions (ICES) has worked with Peterborough City Council’s parking team to refine the capabilities of a dedicated letter-writing module for its 3sixty enforcement management system. While the 3sixty system featured letter templates and tools for generating correspondence, ICES developed LetterSmarti module that can be configured to take account of a local authority’s cancellation policies.
