Sefton Council, Merseyside Police and NSL has signed a partnership agreement aimed at reducing anti-social behaviour. The Partnership Plus scheme will see environmental enforcement officers (EEOs) assist police with their operations.
The EEOs have received training from the police in reporting street crime swiftly. The EEOs are also briefed on incidents where police are looking for more information.
