Income from penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued in Glasgow has increased by around 10% between April 2013 and March last year. These figures were obtained by The Glasgow Evening Times through a Freedom of Information request to the city council.
A total of 2,879 PCNs were issued, which brought in £4.32m in fine revenue. This compares to 2,773 PCNs for April 2013 when the fine revenue was £3.9m.
