APCOA Parking Group refinancing finalised

APCOA Parking Group has completed its financial restructuring on a consensual basis with key lenders.

The group’s balance sheet has now been significantly deleveraged, reducing its debt by more than €440m (£348m). The refinancing also provides up to six year terms for the refinanced facilities and €80m (£63m) of additional financing to support the group’s projected growth and capital investment programme.
