New generation of average speed camera

A new generation of average speed cameras have received Home Office type approval to enforce 20mph limits on residential streets. The SPECS3 system, supplied by Speed Check Services, will allow limits to be enforced across a network of streets with a potentially limitless number of entry and exit points.
