The City of York Council may repay more than 10,000 penalty charge notices (PCNs) after the Traffic Penalty Tribunal’s (TPT) ruling that signage for a city centre traffic restriction was flawed.
The council could have to repay 12,269 PCNs with a value of £387,350 following the TPT’s ruling on the Coppergate bus lane restriction.
