The RAC Foundation has called on Transport for London to publish the business case for the east-west and north-south cycle superhighway plans.
The Foundation says the evidence published by TfL suggests the schemes will create “very substantial” disbenefits for road users and pedestrians across a large area of central London. Statements by TfL “seem to imply that almost everybody would be made worse off”.
