Transport for London has shortlisted four bidders to provide a fleet of 39 four-car electric multiple unit trains for London Overground routes out of Liverpool Street (to Enfield Town, Cheshunt and Chingford, plus Romford-Upminster) and the Gospel-Oak Barking route, which is to be electrified.
