Mayor allocates clean air funding

Transport for London has awarded £5.4m to London boroughs and businesses for measures to cut air pollution. Hillingdon and Hounslow will work on schemes to promote the uptake of walking, cycling and electric cars. A number of projects will deliver green walls and  green screens to trap particulates. The grants are the first to be awarded from the mayor’s £20m air quality fund....
