GoSkills has new head of policy

GoSkills has appointed Robert Spano as its new head of research and policy.

He was most latterly head of research at the Engineering and Technology Board.

Spano has previously worked for the Automotive Skills Sector Skills Council for the automotive industry, where he was research manager and then head of research. He also worked at blue-chip companies including ITV and Honda....
