Survey shows ‘weakest link’ rail stations
Rail passengers across England and Wales have rated rail stations as poorly integrated with buses, in a ‘Weakest Link’ survey carried out by campaign group Transport 2000.
The survey found that only 12% of respondents thought that bus timetables were generally connected with the train timetable. Just 29% of respondents thought that bus timetables at their station were clear and accurate.
