Intra-Wales flight to provide new competition for rail services
The Welsh Assembly Government has invited tenders for a new air service between North and South Wales which will compete with Arriva Trains Wales from the spring.
A notice in the Official Journal of the European Union said there will be two return flights per weekday between Cardiff and Holyhead, Anglesey, using aircraft with at least 18 seats.
