First restructures UK bus division for ‘next decade’

First has announced that it is to restructure the senior management team of its UK bus division in a move that it describes as “preparing for the next decade”.

Nicola Shaw will remain as managing director of the division. However Dave Kaye, currently  deputy managing director of the UK bus division and also operations and human resources director, will becomes its chief operating officer.
