Parkex 2012, which took place at London’s Olympia last month, provided an opportunity for parking management and enforcement professionals to check out the latest systems and services on the market, and to do a little networking as well.
The event was officially opened by transport minister Norman Baker, whose speech was more intriguing than the usual ministerial address. Baker said he was “sympathetic” to extending the enforcement of moving traffic offences to councils...
