As part of its ongoing investment in regeneration of the town centre, Eastleigh Borough Council agreed to invest £1.1m in a scheme to refurbish the Mitchell Road multi-storey car park. The scheme aimed to extend the life of the car park, work involved improving the car park’s lighting and improve the car parking experience for visitors to Eastleigh.
