Appeals team prepares for private land hearings

Transport minister Norman Baker launched the British Parking Association’s new independent appeals service for private land at the organisation’s annual conference on 27 September.
The BPA has appointed London Councils to operate the new appeals service, which will be called Parking on Private Land Appeals (POPLA).
