Number of CEOs rises by 6% over five years
The number of civil parking enforcement officers (CEOs) patrolling the streets of England and Wales has risen by nearly 6% since 2008, figures compiled for a car insurance company indicate. During the same five-year period, 17% of councils reduced the provision for free parking, claims LV car insurance.
