Luton develops travel plans
Luton Borough Council has hired a consultant deliver the personal and workplace journey planning (PJP) component of its Travel Luton campaign.
The campaign, funded through the Local Sustainable Travel Fund, focuses on reducing congestion and improving access to employment.
