Free hospital parking is costing Wales dear, claims academic

Welsh government schemes providing free parking at hospitals, NHS prescriptions, bus passes for the over 60s, school breakfasts and museum entry should be re-evaluated and dropped if they fail to boost prosperity and jobs, a business expert has said.
