Coltman takes enforcer role from Cooper at NSL
Nigel Coltman has been promoted to the role of enforcement solutions director by NSL Services, taking over from Alastair Cooper, who had been at the helm of NSL’s on-street parking division since 2006. Nigel Coltman has been with NSL since 2005 and was previously general manager for the regions. “This is a great opportunity for me and one that I will be looking forward to immensely,” he said.
