Blue Badge fraud costs councils around £46m a year
Spot the fake badgeBlue Badge fraud is estimated to cost English local authorities around £46m a year, according to the 2012 edition of the Annual Fraud Indicator (AFI) published by the National Fraud Authority (NFA).
