Serco brand makes its Parkex debut
Government services company Serco will use Parkex 2012 to promote its growing profile in the UK parking market. Its parking clients include Westminster City Council, for whom provides pre-TEC (Traffic Enforcement Centre) and the collection of unpaid penalty charges notices Philips Collection Services, the bailiff business it acquired last October. Serco is integrating Philips into its ‘Fines and Enforcement’ business.
