Reporting tool gives Islington insight into parking patrols
The London Borough of Islington has installed new software to monitor its parking enforcement operation. The LogiXML reporting tool has improved productivity and turnaround times while reducing the number of contract and internal staff, said the authority.
The LogiXML system allows parking enforcement managers to see the activity of civil enforcement officers (CEOs) in real time. Managers can also use ‘dashboards’ to monitor the issuing of tickets and the locations of CEOs.
